As my riding has become much more about commuting, I'm looking to transition to something a bit more ergonomically friendly. The bike runs great and this is definitely not a NEED to sell.
I've owned this bike since new. It has done some trackdays and has hit the ground (see below).
37,xxx miles (it's still being ridden) Bike has been geared -1(f) most of it's life.
Recent valve service. NGK Iridium plugs installed during valve service
Fresh chain and sprockets. Vortex 520 conversion with an EK chain. That was done Fresh Bridgestone S21s
Driven D-Axis adjustable rearsets
Driven diamond sticky grips
Comp Werkes tailkit
Galfer steel braided lines up front
Shorty Speedmetal levers
Woodcraft lever protectors
1 kilo springs front and rear (I'm fat)
The bad: I had a lowside on Page Mill Rd. I know everyone says they had a low speed tip over in a parking lot. The video below is the crash. The busted part is the windscreen. The frame/barend, and swingarm sliders did their job pretty well. The pictures that show the damage to the fairings.
The bike was also knocked over onto it's right side in our parking structure by the parking neighbor. Broke the stock rearset and scratched the fairing. Again, pics show the damage.
Again, overall this is a great bike! As a bonus, I'm including a curved GoPro adhesive mount on the tank which is surely worth 5hp. It can be removed if you don't need the extra ponies.
